Equal Access Network Initiatives

Equal Access Network

Alongside its regular free masterclasses and 1-2-1 support, the Equal Access Network (EAN) runs specialised programmes and schemes to support new entrants, returners and underrepresented talent in the industry. Whether you are a new entrant with no experience, a returner to the industry or looking to enter using transferable skills from other industries we might be running a scheme for you.

All Voices - in partnership with UKTV

All Voices gives new entrants, mid-level professionals and returners to the industry the opportunity to work in paid, full-time roles on UKTV Original productions.
