Held at amazing locations across the capital, these evenings provide you with the opportunity to meet with fellow production crew and members of the London Filming Partnership – helping you make the connections you need to succeed in the capital's locations industry.

With our regular LCN Stop Press, you will be the first to hear the latest information on developments impacting filming in the capital as well as news from the boroughs, key organisations and agencies.

We will also let you know about the newest locations or unit bases listed in our directory, and tell you more about our London Filming Partnership and Premiere Locations partners.

Free Training Opportunities

We share knowledge with our members about the latest industry developments, filming regulations or sustainable filming practices. We work with industry experts to host training sessions for our members on essential industry topics. LCN members are offered at least one free session a year on a wide variety of subjects from buildings copyright to mental health awareness.

Your Voice Matters

Being a paid member of the Locations Crew Network service also means you'll be consulted when we’re conducting research for film services and various ad hoc projects. We survey our members every Autumn and feed back responses to The London Filming Partnership's Executive Task Force.

Job Shouts

We contact you as soon as we are approached by a production looking for locations crew on their project. Once you have let us know you are free to take it on, we will pass on your CV to the production. The production then contact you directly.

Other types of jobs that we might contact you about include initial scouting for international productions and key locations requesting promotional photography.

How to Sign Up

To subscribe to the LCN, simply contact our team using the email below, providing your CV and as much detail about your experience in Locations as you can. We will then check your eligibility and provide you the details for payment transfer. Your subscription will not become active until we confirm receipt of your payment.

Costs

We operate a tiered membership system with a sliding scale of annual subscription fees for our Locations Diary Network Service.

Speaking to the Locations Officer will allow us to find the right option for you:

• Location Managers / Supervising Location Managers: £60 +VAT (£72 incl VAT).
• 10% discount for Production Guild members: £54 +VAT (£64.8 incl VAT). Proof of membership is required.
• Junior members (assistants and marshals): £40 +VAT (£48 incl VAT).
