Tony Peake wrote the authorised biography of Derek Jarman, and in 2020 was announced as a Patron of the Film London Jarman Award. He also has three novels to his name: A Summer Tide, Son to the Father and North Facing (Myriad Editions, 2017). As a short story writer and occasional essayist, his work has been widely anthologised and as an editor he was responsible for a collection of short stories on the theme of Seduction, published by Serpent’s Tail.
