Seven Rolls of Slides Video
A film made of two hundred and fifty-two 35mm colour slides printed onto 16mm motion film.
An old fixed-focus compact camera that gives little control over the image has allowed an exploration of the way the light changes throughout the sequences. The imaginary original light has gone through several technical processes into different media (35, 16mm film and photographic prints) becoming a more or less distant approximation of itself.
