Jennifer Martin is based in London, working with moving image, photography and installation. Her work operates in part as interventions and articulations of mostly social-racial dynamics and lived experiences, with a focus on the social and psychological construction of race and citizenship and its intersection with representation, agency, nostalgia and identification.

Solo exhibitions and commissions include Primary, Nottingham; Turf Projects, London and Cypher BILLBOARDS, London. Group exhibitions include Aesthetica Art Prize, York; arebyte, London; Lychee One Gallery, London and Fundación Botín, Santander. She graduated with an MA from the Royal College of Art in 2018 and completed her BA at the Slade School of Fine Art, London in 2013.
