About Selected

Selected 15 brings together some of the most vital new voices in moving image in the UK. Organised by videoclub and FLAMIN, the nine filmmakers were nominated by the artists shortlisted for the Film London Jarman Award 2024.
Each Jarman Award artist was invited to nominate an earlier-career moving image artist whose work resonates with them. From these nominations, videoclub and Film London Artists’ Moving Image Network (FLAMIN) have curated Selected 15 – a powerful collection of short films exploring themes of identity, technology, memory, and the body.
Between 5 June - 24 July 2025, the Selected 14 programme screens at venues across the UK including Fabrica (Brighton), CCA Glasgow, Somerset House (London), Nottingham Contemporary, CAST (Cornwall), Towner Eastbourne and BALTIC (Gateshead).
