Join Thamesmead Travelling Cinema for their Travel the World Cinema season. Their third screening is an event co-programmed with a local artist Gary Drostle. Portuguese film director Pedro Costa will be the filmmaker in focus with two of his films screening including O nosso Homem and Vitalina Varela. Though intensely visual, Costa’s films draw on oral storytelling. The event will also include homecooked Cape Verdean Cuisine and live music.
