Join Ciné Lumière for a special screening of In the footsteps of Frantz Fanon. Featuring testimonies of companions of the theorist Fanon, including Alice Cherki, who campaigned alongside him for the revolutionisation of psychiatry in North Africa, and historian Jean Khalfa, this documentary attests to Fanon’s lasting importance in the struggle against colonialism and racism and ‘for a global humanism’. The screening will be followed by a conversation between Mehdi Lallaoui and Jean Khalfa moderated by Gareth Evans.
