Pitzhanger Manor & Gallery

News Story

Originally designed by celebrated neoclassical architect Sir John Soane, this restored Georgian villa in Ealing offers a masterful blend of 19th-century grandeur and contemporary artistic flair. Built between 1800–1804 as Soane’s private country retreat, the estate features soaring ceilings, signature skylights, and classical proportions all framed by manicured Regency-era gardens. Available to hire for film, photo shoots, and events, the location includes six unique rooms across two floors, a modern gallery space, and the exquisite Soane’s Garden Room, which opens onto a private walled garden. From its column-lined colonnade to the sculptural courtyard and period detailing throughout, this one-of-a-kind location merges historic integrity with creative flexibility ideal for productions, brand activations, and elegant gatherings. Recent shoots include BBC Antiques Roadshow, John Lewis x Apple, Tod Hunter Earle, Ted Lasso to name a few.
