FIVE new productions are filming in London this month. We're excited about brand new seasons of hit shows such as Citadel and Idris Elba's Hijack. Also, don't miss the news of Bridgerton Season 4 and all the must-know London film locations behind the show so far! Fleabag and All of Us Strangers star Andrew Scott is also filming in the capital this month on a new film, alongside a new production perfect for the Halloween spirit. Whether on screen or currently filming, it feels like we're always talking about the much-loved Netflix series Bridgerton and the incredible London film locations behind the show. This time, we're excited to see that a fourth season of the show is now filming in London! Season 3 filmed throughout London and the UK, with the following locations in the capital: Old Royal Naval College, Greenwich, Hampton Court Palace, Rangers House, Osterley Park and House, Chiswick House, and finally a prominent central London filming location from the Regency era, Woburn Walk in Bloomsbury. The previous season saw Penelope Featherington and Colin Bridgerton claim their deserved place in the spotlight with their romantic theatrics. Played by Nicola Coughlan and Luke Newton, the couple are set to take a step back from the upcoming season with a new star duo of Luke Thompson (Benedict Bridgerton) and Yerin Ha (Sophie Baek). Look out for the new season soon!

Up next, season 2 of Amazon Studios series Citadel is now filming in London! Richard Madden and Priyanka Chopra have returned to the show, filming throughout central London this month. The spy thriller also stars Stanley Tucci, whose character seeks the help of Citadel's top agents: couple Mason Kane and Nadia Sinh whose memories were wiped by underground crime syndicate, Manticore. Season 1 filmed throughout London in locations such as the Royal Albert Hall, Kensington Gardens, the Tower of London, the British Museum and Film London Premiere Locations the Tate Modern and the Southbank Centre. We're excited to see more of London on screen in the next season of this explosive spy show!

Another high-octane series is filming in London this October, as Idris Elba returns in season 2 of Apple TV's Hijack. Season 1 filmed on location in North and Central London, as the drama played out in real time in the sky as a flight from Dubai to London was taken over by a mysterious aggressive force. Elba, playing skilled broker Sam Nelson, takes matters into his own hands as a passenger of flight KA29, to find a peaceful resolution to the hijacking. The award-winning Toby Jones joins Elba for season 2, so get hyped to see London on screen again at the centre of some unrelenting television drama!

Mission: Impossible - Dead Reckoning: Part Two - Tom Cruise returns for the eighth film in the franchise as Ethan Hunt seeks to destroy the apocalyptically dangerous AI software known as 'The Entity'.

The Girlfriend - Film directed by and starring Robin Wright. Based on the novel of the same name, Wright stars as a mother whose life is disrupted by her son's new suspicious girlfriend.

The Agency - Political thriller starring Jeffrey Wright and Michael Fassbender based on the hit French series "Le Bureau des Legendes".

Project Hail Mary - Sci-Fi thriller starring Ryan Gosling and Sandra Huller with a script from The Martian screenwriter Andy Weir.

Fantastic Four: First Steps - Pedro Pascal, Vanessa Kirby, Ebon Moss-Bachrach and Joseph Quinn assume the iconic roles of group leader, Reed Richards, Invisible Woman, The Human Torch, and The Thing.

Quarter Life - Riz Ahmed plays a struggling actor on the verge of landing a breakout role who faces a sudden onslaught of existential anxiety. Comedy drama series for Amazon MGM Studios.

Now onto the exciting new films currently in production in London, Andrew Scott stars in a new World War Two drama from Working Title and STUDIOCANAL. Pressure is directed by Anthony Maras, dramatising the pivotal few hours before D-Day in Normandy. History beckons, the world lies in the balance, and the walls are closing in on meteorologist James Stagg (Scott) who must declare a weather forecast of unprecedented importance. Stagg's weather readings must be correct in order for the Allies to invade Normandy and win the war, there is no room for error. Keep an eye out for this historical thriller coming soon!

Finally, to perfectly round off this month's list during Halloween season, we're excited to see a new film in The Conjuring franchise now filming in London. The Conjuring: Last Rites is filming in the capital this October and will be the final instalment in the supernatural saga of true-life horrors from beyond the grave. Franchise stars Vera Farmiga and Patrick Wilson will be returning to filming in London on this new production after The Conjuring 2 filmed throughout the capital. Telling the spine-tingling true story of the infamous Enfield haunting, the previous London-set film shot in locations such as Marylebone Station and the iconic Warrington Pub in Maida Vale. Keep an eye out for this new feature, signing us off into Halloween in the best way possible!
