We're kicking off 2025 with another thrilling new project from Guy Ritchie. The legendary British director teams up with Tom Hardy on a new gangster series for Paramount+ and Showtime. The crime drama has been filming in East London this month, setting us up for another crime classic from an expert of the genre. Tom Hardy is Harry de Souza, an esteemed conciliator for a powerful crime family headed up by Conrad and Maeve Harrigan (Pierce Brosnan and Helen Mirren). Fans of the genre may note de Souza's role as the 'consigliere' of the family, a fixer who must protect the Harrigans against other rival crime families at all costs. We're excited to see London on-screen throughout this upcoming series so keep a look out for this new production!

Up next, a new untitled film from renowned Mexican director Alejandro González Iñárritu is now filming with a formidable cast attached. Tom Cruise, Jesse Plemons, Sandra Huller and Film London alumnus Riz Ahmed star in this new feature with longtime collaborator of Iñárritu, Emmanuel Lubezki set to lead cinematography. Iñárritu tells the story of the most powerful man on earth who must convince everyone he will defend them against the very same world-ending disaster that he has unleashed. Packed with talent behind and in front of the camera, we're excited to see this film come to life!
