Film London bolsters Board of Directors with appointment of Media and Talent Advisory Expert Jules McKeen

Film London is delighted to announce the appointment of Jules McKeen to its Board of Directors.
Currently Partner and Global Head of the Media Practice at the UK’s leading executive search firm Odgers Berndtson, Jules brings nearly three decades of experience across media, marketing and talent advisory. She has led high-profile senior appointments in the screen industries at Board, Chair, CEO and C-suite levels across listed, private equity backed and private/public ownership structures. Prior to her career in talent advisory, Jules spent 15 years in advertising, running pan-European Unilever business at Lowe and serving on the Executive Board for TBWA UK Group, as well as leading a D2C start-up. She sits on the Royal Television Society’s National Committee, serves as a mentor at Techstars, and contributes to Odgers Berndtson’s Social Mobility and Inclusion steering committees.
Jules’s appointment to the Board allows Film London to draw on her leadership expertise gained from across the creative industries, including gaming and marketing services. Crucially, her appointment underlines Film London’s commitment to future-proofing the organisation, ensuring London’s screen industries can thrive for years to come.

Outgoing Film London board members Saurabh Kakkar, Li Ma and Lila Rawlings will complete their tenures on Film London’s Board at the end of 2025.
Film London is currently seeking to fill three positions on its Board of Directors to shape its future direction. Chaired by Daniel Battsek, the Board consists of 15 members who between them have a wide range of knowledge, skills, expertise and experience across all aspects of the film, TV and games industries, and artists’ moving image and film culture in the capital, as well as experience of working at senior level in the public and private sector.
