Earlier this week, we were down at the iconic Ritzy Cinema in Brixton for Film London's Distributor Slate Days 2023. Taking place over two days (September 20-21), delegates and attendees from across the sector joined us at the Ritzy for insightful presentations, networking opportunities and scheduled meetings. We've collated some photos and special highlights below:

On Day 1, we were treated to Slate Presentations from a wide range of distributors. Each distributor showcased their exciting slate of theatrical releases planned over the next few months, spotlighting some really exciting and diverse films in the process.

From a first look clip of C.J. Obasi's bold Mami Wata from Aya Films, to the enigmatic new trailer of Poor Things from Searchlight Pictures and The Walt Disney Company, attendees were able to enjoy a widespread range of exciting cinema slates in the works this year.

Presentations lasted throughout Day 1 in the Ritzy's famous Screen 1. International cinema, UK indie productions and the next global box-office hits were all presented throughout the day from an impressive array of distributors that included:

Day 1 ended with an opportunity for delegates to network over drinks at the Ritzy's rooftop bar.

On the second day of Distributor Slate Days 2023, participating distributors were stationed throughout the cinema for 1:1 meetings with exhibitors and Slate Days delegates alike.
