Open City Documentary Festival 2025 will take place during May across London venues, including Barbican, ICA, Tate Modern, Rich Mix, Close-Up Film Centre, and Bertha DocHouse. The festival aims to create an open space in London to nurture and champion the art of nonfiction cinema and artists' moving images, from new releases to archival restorations. Highlights of the festival include Voices from Gaza +Palestine Will Win, Being John Smith and the Closing Night film Kouté vwa.
