Excited to announce our first lab of 2026, the ever-popular The Directors Sessions! An exploration of the directing craft and visual storytelling, this lab examines how directors use impactful narratives and bold visuals to create engaging viewing experiences.

At a time when engaging audience is increasingly challenging, this lab examines how directors are capturing story in compelling ways for contemporary viewers. We’ll look at how high impact narratives and striking visuals work together to hold attention, deepen connection to the work, and resonate with an audience.

This lab is geared towards for emerging directors working in narrative formats, as well as those expanding their directorial skills within the commercial space. We’ll hear from an exciting new generation of directors whose work has made a meaningful connection with audiences—elevating the viewing experience and immersing viewers more deeply into their storyworlds.
