BFI London Film Festival 2019

The exciting film and events programme for the BFI London Film Festival, was unveiled last week. Take a look at the full line up here, which includes this year's Mayor of London Gala, supported by Film London.

The film selected for the gala is Tom Harper's The Aeronauts. The sky is no limit for Felicity Jones and Eddie Redmayne's aerial explorers in this heart-racing and breathless adventure story about flight and scientific discovery.

We are also proud to announce that two FLAMIN Productions features have been selected to screen in the Experimenta strand of the BFI London Film Festival 2019. Roz Mortimer's The Deathless Woman and Noor Afshan Mirza & Brad Butler's Ruptures will have their world premieres at BFI Southbank.

FLAMIN alumni also showing features as part of the festival are Ben Rivers, Christine Molloy and Joe Lawler. Other alumni screening shorts include: David Leister, James Richards, John Smith, and Ming Wong. Manu Luksch, Larissa Sansour and Soren Lind are showing in the short film competition.

Congratulations to our other Film London alumni featured in the programme, including Tom Harper, Hong Khaou, Theo James Krekis, Christine Mulloy, Joe Lawlor, Harry Lighton, Claire Oakley, Alice Seabright, Rubika Shah and Peter Mackie Burns.
