Watch Film London Alumni on Netflix

Date posted: 08.10.2019

We are thrilled to see so many of our Film London alumni working on productions streaming across Netflix.

Aneil Karia, writer/director of London Calling Plus short Switch, directed the penultimate three episodes of Iconic British drama Top Boy - a show where Film London Lodestar Dionne Edwards worked as unit director. Dionne was also the writer/director of London Calling Plus film We Love Moses.

Little Miss Sumo, a 2018 London Calling documentary following a female sumo wrestling champion banned from competing, will be available to watch on Netflix from 28 October onwards. Joe Entwistle, whose short film Mulligatawny was produced through our Pulse scheme, has a new show I Am Not Ok With This due out on Netflix later this year. Joe also created, directed and executive produced the hit Netflix show The End Of The F***ing World – where London Calling alumna Destiny Ekaragha directed four episodes, and Dominic Buchanan, producer of Microwave film Lilting, worked as executive producer.

If you are interested in applying for Film London’s current Talent and Development schemes, you can find out more about them here.
