The cutting edge of television

With shows like The KillingWallanderBorgen and The Bridge enjoying global popularity, the trip aims to ensure London is a destination of choice for Nordic producers looking for partners or to film new projects.

"London has already dipped a toe in chilly waters of Nordic noir by providing atmospheric interior locations for Fortitude" says Adrian Wootton, Chief Executive of Film London and the British Film Commission.

"[We] want to encourage Nordic television producers to capitalise on what London has to offer."

What happens on the trip

An intensive, five-day showcase of what London can offer, the trip will include viewings of the city's facilities and locations first-hand, information about the UK's generous High-end Television Tax Relief and networking opportunities with peers from the UK television industry.

The delegates will also attend both the C21's prestigious International Drama Summit and the C21 TV Drama Awards.
