Meirelles Returns to London to Shoot 360
Date posted: 13.04.2011
Director Fernando Meirelles (The Constant Gardner, City of God,) has begun shooting his latest film 360, a multi-stranded and interlinked tale of love and obsession which features Sir Anthony Hopkins, Jude Law and Rachel Weisz. The film has recently been shooting in the UK capital, and will also film on location in Vienna, Paris and Brazil.
360 was written by the Oscar®-nominated and London-born screenwriter, Peter Morgan, whose past work includes The Last King of Scotland, The Queen and Frost/Nixon.
The production reunites Weisz and Meirelles, who previously collaborated on the London-shot The Constant Gardner, for which Weisz received the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress.
Other cast members include Ben Foster (3:10 to Yuma), Jamel Debbouze (Outside the Law) and Moritz Bleibtreu (Run Lola Run).
360 is being produced by Andrew Eaton, David Linde, Chris Hanley, Danny Krausz, Olivier Delbosc, Marc Missonnier. 360 is a Revolution/Dor Film/Fidélité production in co-production with O2 Filmes.
