Festivals & Screenings
The latest in FLAMIN's ongoing series of artist film screenings at the Whitechapel Gallery will take place on Sunday 10 April, 3pm, with a special screening of Charlotte Ginsborg FLAMIN Productions commissioned film, Melior Street.
My Jewish East London, a new documentary about the Jewish East End and the immigrants that settled there in the 1880s will be screening at Tower Hamlets Local History Library and Archives on Thursday 7 April at 6 pm.
The East End Film Festival has just announced the full programme for this year's festival, which takes place from 27 April until 2 May.

Funding, Training & Industry Events
If you are a professional working within the film and media sector, you can currently apply for a full festival pass for only £150 (Early Bird rate) for this year's Edinburgh International Film Festival.
B3 TalentLab is a new bespoke talent development programme aimed at Black Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) film-makers, run by B3 Media in collaboration with BBC Films and Skillset. They are seeking up to 24 individuals with short, feature-length, multimedia fiction or documentary ideas to participate in a series of development labs in May 2011.
The full programme has now been announced for The School of Sound, a unique series of masterclasses exploring the art of sound in film, the arts and media, taking place from 27 until 30 April at the Southbank Centre.
