Apply Now - Smalls Grants Programme 2007/08
Date posted: 23.08.2007
Companies wishing to support film education and exhibition activity in London can now apply to the Smalls Grants Programme.
This is the second round of Film London’s Audience Development Fund Small Grants Programme which awards up to £3,000 to each project.
The Small Grants Programme is aimed at small projects, projects that are pilots, projects that deliver discrete additional elements to film exhibition or education activity, or projects that add value to existing services or activities.
We expect a high level of applications and as a result, priority will be given to projects that:
- Provide access to cinema for specific communities or audiences that don’t have access to or are not served by mainstream cinema.
- Grow the level of activity in those areas of London, particularly the outer boroughs, where there is little consistent or coherent film watching or learning activity.
- Ensure children and young people have the opportunity to experience the very best that the cinematic experience can offer.
The deadline for applications is Monday 24 September 2007. An information session, to find out more about the fund, is taking place on 4 September 2007 at Film London's offices (3 - 5pm). If you are interested in attending please RSVP to email@example.com stating your name and organisation.
Only organisations based within the 33 London boroughs can apply. Full guidelines for applicants and application forms are available on the Audience Development Fund page.
