Infernos Nightclub in Clapham features in Mike Hodges I'll Sleep When I'm Dead.
Infernos is the last authentic 1970s discotheque in all of London. Located in the heart of Clapham Common, on Clapham High Street, complete with piano bar, shooter bar and a VIP room, this red carpet venue with runway lighting, illuminates a time gone by, but not over.
Originally Charlie Chaplin's very own theatre, patrons of Infernos' two-story facility have been known to break it down to disco classics. This amazing venue has a capacity of 1,500. It caters not only party bookings, but also hosts specialist evenings, such as the 'Laughing Stock' stand-up event.
