To maximise London's potential, Film London introduced the London Filming Partnership to make filming easier and introduce a can-do approach to filming requests. Developed in association with the Mayor of London and the London Development Agency, the London Filming Partnership represents an unparalleled commitment from everyone involved in film and media production in London to welcome and encourage film-making in the city.

At the core of the London Filming Partnership are the signatories - from key organisations and agencies, to the capital's 33 local authorities. Each local authority appoints a council representative - commonly referred to as a Borough Film Service (BFS) - the first point of call for any public filming requests.
