London Calling Plus offers four awards of up to £15,000, all of which are commissioned by Film London, and is open to black, Asian and minority ethnic (BAME) writers and directors with a proven track record across film, television or theatre, aiming to help ensure London’s film industry is diverse as the city itself.

Deadline for applications: 12 midday, Tuesday 25 July 2017
The scheme is open to eligible applicants living in any of the 33 London boroughs.
Along with production funding, London Calling Plus delivers a comprehensive programme of training and expert mentoring, helping to nurture and champion the capital’s diverse talent.

More than 100 hours of restored, unseen footage of London from the past 100 years will be released this month by London’s Screen Archives, thanks to the time and talents of local volunteers and film archivists.
Artists from the FLAMIN Fellowship scheme will participate in an innovative 3-week art residency in the town of Nuoro, Sardinia, starting 27th February 2019. The residency is the result of a new and exciting partnership between the Sardegna Film Commission and the MAN Museum of Modern Art.
