London INDIAN Film Festival (LIFF) launches in July with a packed programme of cutting-edge Indian films. These UK previews are not Bollywood, but some of the hottest new Indian independent films that have their fan base with the young, in-crowd in super-cities like Mumbai. Entertaining, thoughtful and even down-right shocking these movies show a more realistic view of India today in all its rich colours.
