This autumn The Cinema Museum, famed for having one of the largest and richest collection of cinema memorabilia in the world, will be organizing a series of eye opening and rewarding events for cinephiles everywhere. Part of a fundraising campaign for the charitable organisation, you can book tickets now - from film screenings to live discussions with industry professionals and well-respected film historians.
Chaplin's London in Hollywood: David Trigg
One hundred years ago on this day, Chaplin left England for America. To commemorate this historical event, film historian David Trigg will be hosting a screening of The Immigrant as well as extracts from Chaplin's other films. Avid Chaplin fans can learn about how the comedic legend's searched for suitable locations and built sets according to his South London childhood.
